Do you need residency to take the equivalent of a pay as you go package from turkcell or telesim.

I need a package for 2 months, twice a year. Would prefer to keep the same number between trips.

Is this possible without residency?

Yes possible

We purchased a Turkcell Tourist Pack,which lasts 30 days. Good amount of International and local call minutes , plus data for internet. Only need Passport to register phone but may need to top up to keep number between visits.
