I had my implants done by Dr Temelci three years ago and am very pleased with his work. I think if you search dental implants in the forum you will find other threads on the subject.
There are a small number of people who have mentioned on this forum that they have not been happy with Temelci, including my wife and me.
For example see:

My message is number 5.
"It isn't just one problem that Temelci has caused.
My wife went to him in October 2108 because we were impressed with the crown work that he had done for friends of ours.
However my wife needed more complex oral surgery in the top jaw as well as the simple bridge work on the lower jaw.
To cut a long story short the bridge work was fine but his work on the top jaw resulted in major problems. A tooth was extracted and he recommended three implants. Before doing the implants he did some bone graft for the implants. This caused serious infections that lasted at least two months.
Eventually he put the implant pegs in but not the teeth on them. However some bone graft migrated out and the implant pegs caused pain.
My wife went to the Dental Hospital for scans and the Professor told her that the proposal for the top was unviable from the start. One peg was put in diagonally and was loose whilst the other two were not in bone so could not take teeth.
This opinion was also that of Dental Surgeon who works with a well know lady dentist in Girne.
The general opinion was that Temelci was not sufficiently qualified for complex implant work.
When my wife went back to him with these opinions he did not disagree with their findings and refunded 800 Euros for the upper jaw work (he did offer to bring over a more qualified Dental Surgeon from Turkey if she wanted but by them she had lost confidence in him).
Therefore my wife has had to have major surgery to remove all the bone graft, which did not bond to the jaw bone at all, and the removal of all implants - she cannot have implants in the top jaw!
This is not an isolated case either - two people we know very well have come from the Uk to have work done that has not worked and are in the process of having to have it redone at high cost.
Temelci may be OK for routine proceedures, including crowns but we would never recommend him for other work."
