Femoral Hernia surgery

Hello,
I have to have Femoral hernia surgery and would like to know if there are any recommendations for hospital/ surgeon for this procedure and has anyone had a recent experience and idea of cost ?
I'll be there on 30th of December and would like to get it sorted out asap.
