Reputable tiler required

Initially to provide a quote for tiling 2 walls of a shower enclosure. Edit - preferably one that charges local rates in tl.
Previously paid a long standing "friend" to do the job, among other things, but it wasn't done. He said he can't get the tiles and is only offering £60 back and only then after we queried it. Looking at other things we've come to realise he's been taking advantage of our friendship and abusing our trust by overcharging us considerably. So i would like to have at least one, preferably two independent quotes so i can go back and say either do the job as paid or THIS is how much i want back.
