Holborn Assets is delighted to announce the launch of the Holborn Property, a division that will specialise in 'offplan' property investment opportunities in the U.K. & key international locations.

Strategic partnerships formed with some of the most reputable surveyors, mortgage brokers, and construction firms on the market mean Holborn is able to offer a fantastic range of offplan investment opportunities in prime metropolitan locations around the U.K. including London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds and others.

The Holborn Property Division provides a 'one stop shop' for expatriates who wish to invest in the U.K. property market but don't have the time or contacts to take full advantage of extremely favourable market conditions. We will assist with mortgage provision, property surveyors, ongoing legal / tax advice, & even help find tenants for those wishing to rent out their investments and receive annual income.

So whether you are looking for strong rental yield or capital growth our professional advisers can keep you informed of some of the best offplan investment opportunities available.

For more information on current offplan projects available please go to https://www.holbornassetsproperty.com/ or message me to arrange a call.

Thank you for your reply Hector. I am very well aware of the many horror stories from Northern Cyprus, where Brits and other expats have purchased property from developers who don’t own the deeds to the land, or who have simply taken off with the investor money. Unfortunately it is not uncommon to hear such tales in less well regulated areas, and Cyprus is by no means the only location where we have heard comments similar to yours.

One of the reasons we predominantly focus on the UK market is down to its robust and historical legal system geared towards protecting the buyer. The U.K. has some of the strongest laws in the world for protecting property purchases, and it’s unrealistic to compare such high standards imposed by UK authorities to that of smaller economies.

We have a dedicated investment team in the UK who conduct all the due diligence on the developments before we even consider the offering. Once we’re happy internally, a full legal pack is then sent to PLS Solicitors (https://www.pls-solicitors.co.uk/) who are one of the most reputable property solicitors in the U.K., they have to sign off on the development as they will be acting on behalf of the majority of buyers. This means the developments that we offer have gone through a full independent legal check.

I appreciate that you may know very little about me or my company, but Holborn Assets pride themselves in offering the best financial services to our clients from the most credible and longstanding financial institutions. Its no different for property that we offer. We offer solutions from the UK’s biggest and best developers, with extensive track records and history and are worlds apart from the types of companies that have been allowed to operate in Northern Cyprus in the past.

I sincerely hope that this addresses your comments, and also the concerns of any readers who may have been through similar experiences. If necessary (and assuming there is enough genuine interest) I would be happy to organise a presentation / coffee morning in Northern Cyprus in the near future where some of the developers and project managers could actually come out and speak to interested parties.

If you (or anyone else) feels that this would be of interest please let me know and we can arrange a telephone call to discuss in more detail.

Many thanks

Ian
