been another 6 days of agro phoned 5 times yesterday said sorting turn off turn on what a nightmare this mob today low speed just got in every day phone every day same thing . Am i alone in this live in the an area were they must have loads of customers
I think it is a shambles . What do you think

After spending another 30mins on the phone they now say it might be a technical problem this has been going on for 4 days how can it be a local problem when i am in the middle of a swapped area . Now they tell me cant do anything tile Monday when the department is back
This is a joke & surly Keithy you be a mediator can see my other posts . I do wonder if you are a bit bias against me or have or love them but either way MM are a joke taking money & not delivering the goods . I no i am not alone here last stop cafe

Well must say Mr MM called me on his own time & tried to help . Now that is a very positive sign that the company cares so i retract some of my statements & would like to thank him for his time & effort for the Hour we spent going though my system to try & solve it

We have for the last week had bad internet we pay for the platinum service and it is constantly going off and we get no answers when we phone,and no one comes on the live chat,

May not be a MM issue only, I'm with Extend poor inernet last week gave up altogether on Friday called Paul 9.00 pm Friday, slightly better Sat Sun,Engineers came out this morning sorted.
