Human powered grass mower?

Is there anywhere I can find a push grass\lawn mower… not electric or petrol powered. I’m referring to the old fashioned type.

Possibly at the hut type place on the main road in Alsancak, I think just down from the row of shops that has Akay opticians. On the same side of the road. They always have lawn mowers outside.
