Hedge and Palm Tree trimming. Part 2.
I have about 150 mtrs of hedges that need trimming up, bit overgrown. They can be cut from the ground though as they are about 1.5 tall.
I also have a quite tall palm tree that needs leaves and seed pods removing.
I am looking for a person or persons, with their own tools, who can firstly come and quote.
The price must include removal of all waste from trimming.
Please only recommend people you have personally used for this type of work and a guide to a reasonable price I should be expected to pay.
The work would be easily achieved with a day.
I live in Zeytinlik

How188 the problem is the work you need to have carried out is rather different from everyday tidying and cleaning. You have asked for 3 things to be done cut, clear and remove. Businesses will do all three but they charge business legal rates. Forgot also supply their own tools
Getting someone to cut it you should ask local people, its a skill they are proud of but the rubbish and clearing will be down to you. to clear you can stack the fonts yourself or pay someone and contact the municipality to take them away.
Years ago I asked on Cyprus 44 to have the palm at Bitter Lemons trimmed, at the time down to earth were the people who were most recommended, even they were pleased when I found a bank clerk who would risk his life for 500tl, the municipality cost me 600tl to remove the cut palms fonts and my workforce to load their van several time 60tl each. After watching from the road above the bank clerk who's Dad had taught him how to climb the trees and cut them he earnt every kurus and I even gave him a lift home to his house as I would never of done it for £200. there were rats living in it and snakes had gone up for the babies Unfortunately the bank has moved from tin pan alley and I have no idea how to find this brave young man

Thanks Guys, great advice.
Job 1. Cut hedges
Job 2. Trim leaves etc from a Palm tree.
I can arrange for clearing of cuttings if they are put into one place near tree and hedges.

It could be useful to other forum users if you could say who did the work for you, and what the cost was...

Good Point,
he job was done by an elderly gentleman, who should know better, me!!!
I borrowed a hedge trimmer and complet3d the job over 4 days including disposal of all waste materials.
The hedge has put on 4feet of growth, so big job.
Costs, few beers after every days work!!!!

Lol !
Perhaps nobody had anyone that they felt able to recommend...
I've got a gardener of sorts, but I wouldn't inflict him on anyone else
