Permanent makeup

Does anyone know of a beautician who does permanent makeup ie eyebrow stencilling and eyeliner? Someone who is qualified to do this properly.

Are we talking about tattooing here? If so, do let me know if someone does eyeliner, and when someone has had it done, how it was. I knew of this in Australia but never heard of anyone here doing it.

yes Marions I will; I used to have this done approx every two years in UK, very good lady from Tavistock, I felt confident of her ability. that's the only thing here that I am unsure about so will take some time to make my mind up to have, say, eyebrows done. When done properly, it is a blessing!

Thanks. I had my eyeliner done in Australia - it lasted up to five years at a go, but I needed to trust the lady. Very delicate area to play with! So, I look forward to hearing your experiences - or that of any other come to that!
