In America, do parents have the right to force kids to get a

I have no idea what they do in America. Or what anyone does besides me. My son was in a boy's choir when he was a kid, so he had to have his hair short and neat. He hated that, so we had to force him. Well not really force him. He didn't have to be in an internationally touring choir. He could have quit and kept his hair. But he didn't.

Freedom of expression has to do with things like speech, not hair.

Bodily autonomy is a pretty inalienable right, though. I can't imagine anywhere or anyone who wouldn't have that. I might be wrong, but you can still raise that. So basically you want to get your parents to admit that your body is yours, not theirs. And admit that it is wrong to interfere with other peoples’ bodies.
