Palm Beach Hotel

The Arkin Palm Beach Hotel is truly one of the best 5-star hotels in North Cyprus, and although a larger hotel with just over 100 rooms, it really doesn’t feel that big at all. Whether you are planning to visit Famagusta for one night or 14 nights, and if you are looking for something a bit special with 5-star quality, this hotel is the choice for you.
Please note, the location of the Arkin Palm Beach Hotel and the beach are slightly surreal, but also fascinating, as they are literally right on the border to the buffer zone where the ‘ghost-like’ buildings in Varosha (Marash) can be seen stretching out along the coast during the day. At night, because there are no artificial lights, much of the ‘ghost-town’ vanishes from view. Many people find it interesting to walk to the very end of the beach and have a look round the corner into the Cyprus that was.
