Hotels on the south?

Has anyone stayed in a really nice 4 or 5 star hotel on the south side? It doesn't really matter where abouts as we would check it out on the internet.

We would like to be able to walk to some nice restaurants.

Many thanks

Elias Beach in Amathus area of Limasol, so your not in the heart of all the 'boom boom boom' of central Kumasi, but do have restaurants and bars around. The last time I was there you could also go horse riding and use the facilities at Elias' (the owner) Country Club. A lovely 4star on the beach and staff were lovely - still a family feel to it.

Maybe if you were more specific as to whereabouts in the South you wanted to go them more people would help you. As we don't "do" the South then I'm afriad I can't actually help, but I'm sure there are many more who can.

We stayed in The Napa Mermaid. Its a boutique hotel just outside Ayia Napa town. Amazing hotel with a beach opposite. A bit of a long walk to the town but doable. Not so cheap, but well worth every Euro as the standard & food is really high
