Bank Account Charges

I have just received an email from Iktisatbank to say that from Oct 1st 2013 they are introducing quarterly charges per bank account ranging from 20tl to 50tl depending upon the number of accounts held. I'm a bit annoyed that I have only just been sent this, after the date they are to commence charging but that's nothing more than I have come to expect here in Cyprus.
I'd be grateful if members could let me know if their banks levy charges and if so how much? I'm seriously considering changing banks so any recommendations happily received. Thank you!

General question here: what do you think a bank response would be if they knew one of their staff was not paying their rent?
