Electric Bills In Lapta

I am mountain side in Lapta,up past the Belediye .Usually we get our bills on the 18th or 19th but so far haven't received one. I went to the Electricity Office last month to change my email address, and now I wonder have they messed up my email details or is everyone in my area getting their bill late this month.e
