Ziraat Bank

I have had a look on the site for info but alas very little. Anyone got experience of this major Turkish bank . Which appears to be one of the biggest if not THE biggest with major asserts. Just wondering Olof anyone has any experience of this bank and their customer service.

I and also other people had very bad customer service and their ATM's' - machine ate the cards and no help from them. If they can't keep a simple thing right, I would not trust them with my money

For information just had a lengthy meeting with one of,what I can only say was very helpful staff. Apart from one or two of the staff all had very good English I discovered . Thought very helpful indeed.
