sterling account matured yesterday. got 18 percent tax taken off .
I presume all banks have to charge this . that's a whopping 8 percent rise since,Christmas
Another stealth tax .
not sure what the tl tax is .

Have you queried this with your bank?

find.it strange that the expats,here have not picked up.on this stealth tax . was 10 percent december then 13 in Jan now 18 .
