GBP pound sterling transfer swap.

Hi All
I have some GBP in the UK that I need out here.
Is there anybody with the reverse situation. ..ie GBP sterling in the TRNC that they need in the UK.
If there is please pm me and we can facilitate a swap and negate the ridiculous bank charges.

I like this. Maybe this thread or something similar could be made a 'sticky' in the finance section ? A singular place where anyone with sterling cash here that wants it in the UK can post and find and match up with a suitable counter party that wants the reverse ?

Studleyjupiter - most of us residents here in TRNC also face the issue of getting our Sterling out of the UK at a reasonable cost.
Your best bet would be someone who has just sold a Property in TRNC, and wishes to repatriate their Sterling, so perhaps enquiries at a few Estate Agents offices would produce a likely candidate...
