TEB ATMs

Has anyone else had problems drawing Sterling from TEB ATMs? The one at Lemar Karakum seems to be broken and the ones at the bank itself in Girne and at Illeli Alsancak refuse to let me draw sterling saying ''you have drawn your month's allowance'' or something similar. I have managed to draw from Garanti ATM so there is no problem with my card. My UK bank have said they did not receive a request from TEB ATMs either. Just interested if anyone else has had the same problem.

We did have a discussion about this issue a while ago, and concluded that TEB seem to have imposed a limit on the amount that you can withdraw on any particular card in a given period.
