Which ATM best with Revolut card?

Last week I tried a Ziraat Bank ATM to withdraw TL. It did the currency conversion, and charged a 4% fee too. Revolut was charged directly in GBP.

Which is the best ATM to use with a Revolut card to withdraw cash; preferably with the lowest transaction fee.

I usually draw TL from a Cardplus atm with no charge. Some of the others say there is a charge of 4% but they also give you the option to accept your own banks charges and with Revolut tgere is no charge unless you exceed the monthly limit.

Turkbank (orange lettering) and Limassol Bank ATMs don't charge for withdrawing TL.

Seems I need to try the local TRNC banks; Iktisat, Turkbank or Limasol Koop.
Unsure if Ziraat gave any options. I didn't see / understand if there were, the default was for them to do the conversion and charge 4%.
