Cost to receive a transfer into bank account?

As a test, yesterday evening I converted a few GBP into 30TL in Revolut. I then transferred the TL to my TL bank account in Turkiye Is Bank.
This was to see how long it took and how much if any the charges were.
Result: This morning 15TL funds appeared in my bank account. Speedwise, it is fast. Revolut didn't make any charges. Turkiye Is charged 15TL.
Does anybody know if this is a fixed charge, for receiving or is a percentage with 15TL minimum?
Anybody know the charges? I can't find it on their website, and unsure I'd be able to get this information from them over the phone.
