Amazing how Turkishbank respond within hours to messages with clear responses

Near East Bank take between 1 and 2 weeks to respond and need a follow up reminder in between

There is a subtle difference to them responding to a direct email to the bank and a question asked on a forum that they may not see.

Thank you Chriswright03, I am referring to personal emails sent to the correct emails addresses of individuals within the two banks. The people within one bank responds the other doesn't. Only wish I could get out to TRNC as things would be easily rectified

Thanks for clearing that up Scarlets. It wasn't clear to me hence the reply. I am with a different bank but on the odd occasion I have had the need to email our Account Manager there has usually been a reply within the hour. Sometimes the next day if he was off but I have never had to chase him for a reply. As you say it is what you should expect.
