Is anyone into indicator trading?

Recently I've got involved with forex (not the scam part). I'm only trading with demo money on Metatrader 4 on IC markets. Not ready to go live yet.
For the last few months I've been testing indicators (there are thousands), trading systems, coding Expert Advisors etc. Of course to make money, but mostly for the sake of learning. Frankly, I don't think there's been anything I enjoyed more for like, 15-20 years.
I was wondering if there's anybody else who has experience with these things? We can share information.
