Turk bank atm's

Anyone else having difficulty with Turkbank atm's for withdrawing lira out using Starling card , (or any other card)hopefully it's a Turkbank malfunction/glitch, but it's been ongoing since Wednesday last at least.

I use the Ozankoy & Catalkoy ones. Both can be very slow.
Often Catalkoy one says can't read card
I use both Revlout & Nationwide cards

There is no Turkbank in Catalkoy only Credit west and Universal.

I beg to disagree. Turkbank ATM in old Tempo Carpark Catalkoy

Oh yes sorry I forgot that one never use atms in car parks any more only where there is a bank. Had problems in the past.
