Girne Water Bills

For anyone failing to pay their bill online I learnt today that you can't as we are all being issued new numbers. Dont bother calling the helpline to get said number because they can't help and the belediye say you can't pay online or at the bank with this new number as the system isn't set up......sigh.

Even though we haven’t received the paper bill stuck in the door by the meter reader for this month, our new Creditwest “WestNotifier” app (which is only great and much improved over the old Mobil Şube app) flagged a bill from Girne Belediye and allowed us to pay it
We’d had the water bill registered previously and paid that using the old app so it would appear that miraculously it has been transformed into the new system
And sure enough it has a different reference (account?) number now.

Not got a new bill yet I'll see what happens
