We are flying to the UK and back, both journeys are via Antalya airport. On the way out, we have a 6 hour daytime layover and a 7 hour overnight on the way back.
Does anyone have any suggestions to make this a better experience than sitting around the airport.
The CIP lounge are asking €100 per person, so very pricey!
For the daytime layover, we could take the tram into Antalya old town but that's not possible for the overnight wait on the way back. Getting a taxi to a hotel isn't going to be worth it for the amount of sleep we might get.
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
Antalya airport, any suggestion 6hr layover?

There are very few options if you want to fly into Bristol Airport!
Outward journey. Sun Express to Antalya, Jet2 to Bristol.
Return both flights are with Sun Express but you arrive 23.55 and depart for Ercan at 6.05 the following day.
We wouldn't get to a hotel until 1am if we were lucky and would have to depart again 3.30 to get to the airport 2 hours before the flight. That's why we were looking at other options but €100per person in CIP lounge is a ridiculous price to pay!

So you will have to collect your luggage in Antalya and then re-check it in for the flight to UK? If that’s the case then you can probably cut that layover time in half, unless of course, they have a codeshare agreement?
