Does anyone know if Atlasglobal have actually started flying again. Their website says that they have resumed flights but have they?

Information is hard to find...best to try and deal direct...but found these snippets...

https://uk.flightaware.com/live/flight/ ... /LTFM/EGSS

Look at the activity Log

...and also read on a Turkish forum and no idea if correct, probably someone guessing, that some of the aircraft have been returned to the Lessors.
Who knows.

Thanks For the info. They had cancelled our flights in December and are now saying we have an open ticket but I’m nervous to rely on it unless I see that they are properly back up and running. Even then I’ll be nervous about it!

Although they started flying on Saturday they do not seem to have enough planes!
Passengers checking in at Stansted on Sunday who had flights not only to Ercan but Kuwait, Iran, Budapest etc were told there were no onwards flights from Istanbul. My friend tried again yesterday & was able to fly here.
Friend coming 26 December has been told she cannot come until 28 & her return on Jan 3 has been moved to Jan 7
What a fiasco & they are not informing passengers!

I can only pass on my recent experience.

Due to fly back from Standstead to Ercan on the 29th of December.

Same as everyone, awaiting the 16th to see if the flight bookings started again.

They did start and 48 hours before my flight, I was able to book the seats. ( although I booked the seats shown to me on line, the layout of the aircraft once on board it was different, I had booked row 17, thought extra leg room space at no cost, No, on my flight, row 17 was normal seats)

Still a little nervous, we arrived at Standstead.

Very small que at the check in desk, but very helpful staff.

Checked in 2 x 30KG bags, no check was done on hand baggage, but allowance is 8KG each.

Flight departed on time, service on board excellent.

Arrived Istanbul, with 1 hour 45 mis before connecting flight due to board.

Having landed, 23 mins of Taxi to terminal building.

Checked and told to transit through security of Iternational, again very quite so no problem.

Found the Ercan gate easily and still had 40 mins before boarding.

Boarded on time and arrived 3 mins early into Ercan.

Overall, after the upset of not knowing, were we flying with Atlas or not, a very good return flight.

As I said it will probably vary with different flights but would defo book Atlas again.

Has anyone had a refund from Atlas global. We lost our return flight from Stansted early December and had to purchase tickets to ECN from Pegasus. Still no response from Atlasglobal apart from a reference number
