Re: Atlas jet
According to various websites they are still flying Sta-Ist-Ercan as per the usual schedule but having cut their fleet from 18 planes to five this may be problematic.

One the one hand, it indıcates that they do have financial issues, but on the other hand, it does show that they have taken drastic steps to address those issues - time will tell whether it's enough!sophie wrote:Doesn't bode well for the future of Atlas does it?

Have flights booked in April and May have emailed Atlas for clarification if these will go ahead needless to say no reply, does anyone know what is happening? Not sure if I should consider purchasing new tickets before price rises.

Re: Atlas jet
It seems you get a bit more information from Atlas Twitter account. Reading through it looks like they have suspended flights until February 9th.

Re: Atlas jet
we rebooked straight away with Turkish since getting there is more important than anything else. Contacted Gotogate to ask about refund, told not us since airline is still operating so they should refund. Needless to say Atlas say the agency is responsible.
So, new tickets around 100 GBP dearer and the original (£350) written off. So it goes. If we drive around a lot the cheaper petrol cost in TRNC might go some way towards levelling the balance:-)
Regards,
Brian.

They are taking peoples money and then cancelling, don't do it! I got my money back from December but lots of people haven't.

Have a look on their Twitter account and look on links and people’s replies. Seems like most are having difficulty getting refunds. https://twitter.com/hashtag/atlasglobal
Not sure how Twitter works but latest replies seem to be in the middle so need to scroll down for Jan/Feb. replies
