A quick Google search brings up the info. Took me 2 mins.

Skyscanner gives details of flights if you put dates in.

Wizz Air and Ryanair come up but direct flights seem to be difficult to find.

Banned from Larnaca, but I wouldn't give them a penny anyway.

wanderer, am interested to learn when did Anadolu start staying on the plane. We used them in July and had to get off, wait for another
Anadolu Stansted flight and get back on. The only good thing being was that as our second flight was also Anadolu, so we didn't have to bother with luggage.

Outside your area I know. But try Easyjet from Liverpoool. They seem to run twice a week through the winter. Liverpool is easy to get to and very easy to park near the terminal with no buses, long walks etc. A nice quiet little airport too.

Easy jet have stopped their twice weekly Bristol to Larnaca this winter which was a real blow for us. Also Whizz air have pulled out of Cardiff. This Christmas unfortunately it looks like the London routes are the only sensibly priced routes to Larnaca

There was something, sadly, on a travel programme on TV that some of the smaller airports will be closing. I think Newcastle and Liverpool were on the list. Something about internal flights only eventually. The interviewer was saying what a dreadful shame but a financial necessity or something. I didn't pay too much attention because I've never used an internal airport.

Newcastle is quite a large airport for the area, the latest one to close was Robin Hood airport in Doncaster owned by Poole group which is what they tried to do to Teeside, wanting to make vast profits by selling land for housing
