Insurance kiosk closing times going north in 2024

Its been an often asked question but times do change with laws etc!
I need to cross at preferably Black Knight about 10.00pm. It used to be possible at that time in years gone by. But do we now have to go via Metehan for late evening crossings? - its used to be open 24 hours for insurance in the past. TIA
