Taking cigarettes accross the Green Line

Can anyone tell me what the maximum limits per person on cigarettes being taken over the Green Line are:
a) From South to North
b) From North to South
And which part of the island has the cheapest known English brands (eg. Embassy, B+H etc.)

On a more general point is there anywhere where you can look up all the 'duty free' allowances for crossing the green line (in either direction).
