Hi Kibkomers!

I'm writing this post to get your ideas and feedback on where to spend time in Karpaz. Preference: not wooden bungalows and not large posh hotels, something like a family run small place yet comfy and clean (better than Malibu), with a beach or in near proximity to one. If you had any great experience in a similar place, please-please-please, share!

Absolutely 100%, Villa Lembos, individual small villas, ensuite,aircon, homemade food from his garden and 2 minute drive down to the beach near to the oasis, it is amazing.

I'll second that. Nice people and nothing a problem. There meals are lovely as well. Excellent breakfast and although the evening menu isn't extensive it is enough to suffice most people. There were three of us and we each had something different and we all enjoyed it.
They allow dogs as well, if that is of any interest.

where is lembos located please?
