Holiday Let in Lincoln (UK)

We have a nice 2 bedroom first floor apartment we would like to let for holidays only in the centre of Lincoln City. It is in the Uphill Area which is near to the Cathedral and all the nice restaurants. Although it is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre, it is in a really nice quiet residential road, with parking.
It has all amenities and fully furnished and ready to let for holiday makers.
We are charging £100/night for a minimum of two nights stay.
