I use various makes and models & vintages of Android boxes (& Raspberry Pi's) without any viewing problems at all, apart from the occassional 'TTNET' issue, which Multimax usually tell us about (and the BBC News the other morning on NTV.
As you don't give any sort of clue as to what sort of problems you are experiencing, beyond it being 'even worse', I would suggest that you firstly establish whether there are any problems with your internet connection.
If all is OK there, then contact the provider of your Android Box.
The very first step is to check your speed using the speed test facility provided on the Multimax website, or use the 'OOKLA' speedtest app - but make sure that you are actually testing the speed to the Multimax Kyrenia server. If it is less than 4Mbps, then switch ALL of the equipment off (including the small adapter that provides power to the receiving dish) wait for one minute, and then power up again.
If the speed is still less than 4Mbps, ring Multimax, there and then. If there's no answer, raise a job ticket via the on-line help, giving the results of your tests.

Re: Sunnycyprus TV box
I'm sorry, but I forgot to say that you should use the android box itself to check the speed, as well as testing it on your main computer - although it may be that that is what you did do.
The reason is this: - if you check the speed on a computer or laptop situated next to, or actually plugged into your router, where the internet connection comes into the house, then although you can show that your connection to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) is OK, it doesn't show how good the connection to your android box is...
Sometimes, if the android box is in a different room to the router, and connects by WiFi, it only gets a very weak signal, which might be good enough for emails etc, but definitely isn't good enough for watching TV!
All sorts of things can affect the WiFi signal, the steel and concrete walls, electrical interference, even cordless 'phones or your neighbour's WiFi, if they are on roughly the same frequency. It's always best to run a lead from the router straight to the 'TV box' (whatever sort of box you happen to be using) 'cos it eliminates that sort of aggravation
If that isn't practical - which it isn't, in a lot of houses and apartments - then there are adaptors (called 'Powerline Adaptors') that you can buy, which effectively give you a 'wired' connection between the router and the TV box. They're mains powered, and come as a pair - you plug one into an electrical socket next to the router, and connect it to the router with a lead (supplied with the adaptors) and you plug the other one into the mains near the TV box, and connect it to the TV box with another lead. You need to go into 'Settings' on the Android / TV box, to make sure that it is set to use a wired (LAN) connection rather than WiFi, and that's it! They do say that it's not quite as good as running a wire through the house between the two, but it's pretty damned good! There are also versions which produce their own WiFi signal for the room that they're in, there's all sorts of variations...
However, before you go spending any money, just make sure that the signal reaching the android box is OK, if you didn't already do that.
If the android box is getting a good signal (speed), but FilmOn is continually freezing and playing up, then it looks as though the android box itself is the problem
Good luck!

Hi Mimi2,
We were having similar problems last night too.
Do not adjust your set
Our Android box/router set up OK
Gremlins, no doubt.
