What's happening to Sky Atlantic playback

When trying to watch something on (Multimax/NTV) Sky Atlantic playback, I am getting the BBC4 channel and not Sky Atlantic.
This has been the case for the last few weeks, so we are missing so many of our favorite programs including the new series of Game of Thrones. Am I the only one having this problem with Sky Atlantic playback, as nobody else has mentioned this problem on the forum.
