The TV suddenly packed in, it says page loading error, no internet? We do have internet my lap top is working? Tried re booting Etc, nothing? I am only asking to see if its just our area with a problem?

Page loading error normally occurs when there is no internet connection.

The software that supports the reader Adobe or something similar drops out regularly on my system,does anyone else have this system problem ??? Their help desk can offer no solutions...
