My i player has shrunk

Last week my BBC iplayer& BBC website shrank to a quarter of a page making it unreadable
How do I get it back to full size all other web browsing is normal sized filling the page not just a strip down the middle as the BBC is

Have you had a look at http://iplayerhelp.external.bbc.co.uk/tv?

If no one on here knows, you could ask the BBC on the above website...

Kieth thanks for that link I've now twigged what it is its chrome applying my phone parameters to the laptop works ok in Firefox
