NTV Catchup

My NTV catch-up facility is out of sync, being one hour behind the programs shown on the menu. It's probably the result of the clocks not going back. Can anyone please help me sort it out.

Have you contacted them.

My TV provider sent me an email with instructions how to reset my MAG box to a certain Time zone with no problem at all.

Had enough guys, moved to XXXX, much better service, been with NTV for 3 years!

Apparently NTV is aware of the problem and say they will sort it within 24 hours

Xxxx is a Swiss based company that used to advertise on here, but it was banned, apparently for breaking forum rules.

You'll find it easily enough if you Google it...

We use XXXX its about half the price of NTV.

Yes Ederimit Egg you can. its [email protected]. You then type backwards and forwards with your query and they are very helpful.

Think the times are as before, 2 hrs behind. Looked at something on in Uk at 9 and catch-up said 11. I was getting myself so confused before, so Ntv thank you.
