Had an e mail yesterday offering 30 to 50% off NTV on Black Friday.

Just wondering if it was as good as it sounded ?

Not sure, think they have because often used their chat lines. Didn't think of that, but I would have thought when we first registered with MM they were joined in some way years ago when we joined. Thanks. Black Friday finished now.

Yes unfortunately it is. I should check in your NTV account to see they have the right address for you in case they have a similar offer next year. I cannot believe they would send to some and not others as it is a good boost for their income, paying twelve months up front instead of a month at a time, although it wasn't necessary to buy twelve months it just seemed the way to go!

I hadn't been a customer for 14 months, perhaps they were just trying to get back customers that had left them ?

Maybe. But I have been a customer for two or three years every month so I don't think it was solely just ones who had left.

They have to make good offer bcos a lot of people are leaving due to poor service lately,they can't seem to get it right

I see they have moved a lot of channels from the ENGLISH package,to the ULTIMATE package which is €40 a month ....thats puttiing your price up by the back door.... Isn't it ?
