Loads of things that I have been able to see in the past e.g. ITV The Hub, the ability to test Speed on the MM Page, are not available now. A message comes up These Plug Ins are not available. Anyone know what might have happened because its stopping me watching a lot of TV that I have seen on my PC in the past. Thanks for help.

Please someone, can you help? Urgently need to know what "Plug in needed" means and how I go about correcting things. Can't see any ITV suddenly.
