NTV/Cardplus payment problem

I have a Cardplus mastercard which is issued by many local banks (mine is creditwest).
I tried using it to renew my monthly NTV subscription which I have done for several years.
This time my card was refused-so I contacted cardplus who confirmed there were no problems with my card.
So I then contacted NTV (both online and subsequently by email) and they said they had recently changed their card processing company and this seems to be the root of the problem.
The only (useless) advise they could offer me was to use an alternative UK issued card(I dont have one as I live here full time)

Has anyone else had the same problem-I am sure there must be a few cardplus users on here?

Can anyone recommend an alternate internet TV service similar to NTV that I can use with Kodi?

We use a Swiss-based TV supplier.. Great, left NTV some time ago because they were 50% cheaper.

Lodger-the company you refer to don't support Kodi-only mag boxes.
NTV don't accept Paypal in addition to my perfectly OK mastercard!

Beyler and co at catalkoy are agents for NTV. The may accept card payments at their office 03928158882 they are open sat mornings
