I recently had an Airconditioning unit purchased and fitted by Beko. It an unmitigated disaster with dreadful fitting and awful after service. It was so bad I had the brand new one removed only one month after it was fitted and went to a different make.
The only good thing I can say is that the lady in the shop was just as horrified as I was at the workmanship, when I emailed her the photos, and convinced them that they needed to do something. Unfortunately because they lacked the skills this didn’t work, she was very professional though.
I still have the photos to back up the above assertions.
