Extend Internet not working this morning

hello - does anyone else have internet connection problems this morning with Extend? (Catalkoy/Ozankoy) .i tried to call 4x times but no answer. Any ideas?

Looks like the storm did some damage but Extend internet is back. Still lots of flooding near lower Ozankoy please be careful when driving
