Netflix and Multimax

Hi the night before last I was watching netflix on my multimax internet connection. I suddenly lost all internet. The next day when the internet was restored I went to watch netflix again. Unfortunately it only loads to the black sceen with the netflix logo and it appears to be searching for the internet and will not go any further. The account was set up in the UK and I am using my daughter in laws account.

Can anyone tell me what to do to get netflix back please?

I suspect you need a vpn. I use streamvia.com to watch UK TV i.e. BBC iplayer, Netflix etc. Other vpn's are available.

Thanks Hector will look into it just seems strange that it stopped working when the internet went down.

Contact MM as we did when we lost Netflix last year, they do something with the settings to sort it out. If you try and use a VPN then Netflix can detect it and will not connect you.
