tvchaos-Anyone having trouble

Have been trying to get on tvchaos for the last few days and am finding the site is blocked.
I have been using the site for about 8 years.
Is it me Internet provider which is Realnet or is it turkey itself that is preventing access?

Managed to get on to it through a VPN, but have never had to do that before. Must be my ISP that has blocked it for some reason.

Seems to be working okay for me, but agree it's not as good as it was. Sports programs used to appear very soon after broadcast but some take days to be uploaded now.
