Been using Stream via for a couple of years no problem, yesterday all UK channels were geo blocked, anyone else having issues.
Tried the chat service doesn't seem to help.

Didn't have any issues yesterday & it's OK this morning.
Might be worth checking that the DNS address that you're using is current - they do update them occasionally.
They do respond to emails quite promptly if you can't get them on 'chat' - did you raise a ticket?

Yes theyve been very good with contacts, still not sorted, come to the conclusion I may need a new router, its not accepting the dns settings.

Have you been into the client area and used the links under Frequently Asked Questions :-

1) How do I test my VPN/SmartStream setup?

2) How do I update my SmartStream IP address?

Both will do what they say this usually clears any issue I may have.

What device are you using to watch uk content ? If you can not set the stream via DNS settings on the router you could try and just set them manually on the specific device instead. If it is a firestick for example you can set stream via DNS on just the firestick and it will then see UK content. Most devices will allow you to manually set DNS settings.

Its a firestick primarily, but I've tried tablet thats not letting me reset the dns either.
