NTV is happy to announce the trialling of Movies on demand service to NTV customers. This feature allows NTV customers the ability to watch a selection of movies whenever they want from our library of current and classic movies. Currently there are 100+ movies available and we hope to add more over time.

To access the movies from the NTV set top box simply navigate to the main front menu and select 'videoclub'. Scroll down the list of movies and press 'OK' on your remote control to start playing the movie. The movies are also available via the NTV website. Log into your NTV account at http://www.ntv.mx and from 'watch online' select 'My Movies' and then click on the movie you wish to start watching.

Please note this service is still in the trial phase and we would welcome customer feedback on the service. If you have not yet created an account on the ntv website at http://www.ntv.mx and added your set top box to the account you will need to do this to get access to the movies on demand. Even if you do not want the movies on demand you do need to create an account on the NTV website at http://www.ntv.mx and add your set top box to the account by the 1st April 2013 to ensure no interruption to your service. For details on how to add your set top box to your ntv.mx account see http://www.ntv.mx/upgrade

Absolutely great, followed your instructions and so easy, saw Life of Pie good picture sound was about 2 seconds off, but thrilled. What a good job you are doing. Thank you.

Have to agree with Rocking, the film sound was out by a couple of seconds but I can't remember the film we watched other than it had Jonathan Statham in!

In that case I am sorry there is nothing we can do. Technology is not yet developed enough to fix bad acting...

We have identified an issue with the sync on the movies on demand (videoclub) and think we have found the cause of the problem. There is a new movie put up (Django Unchained) which should not have any sync issues. Once we are sure this has solved the issue we will be re doing the previous movies but this will take a couple of weeks or so to complete. If you do still have any sync issue on this new movie it would be very helpful if you could let me know, via pm here or email to me ([email protected]) or multimax. Thanks.
