Who is KKTC MCKS?

We have had a couple of texts on one of our mobiles asking us to contact this company however the website is in Turkish & we do not understand the message although I think it says 'close in 30 days'
This is a long standing Turkcell contract number so it is not anything to do with the new rules regarding registering phones brought in from abroad.
Anybody help please?
