The 2016 Christmas Newsletter mentions something about the registration of non TRNC purchased phones. Is there a new regulation or does this refet to the 2015 regulation?

I can't answer your question as I haven't seen the newsletter, but I'm surprised that it doesn't say which particular piece of legislation it is talking about...
