Turkcell prepaid phone top up

Has anyone tried to top up their phones recently? I tried today using the Turkcell website. Have used it for years but it looks like the system has changed and i cannot top up my phone. Am i doing something wrong???

Thanks for all the replies but it seems that it is my UK bank that has changed its security system to one that does not work. Oh well it is Cyprus.

I have tried several times to use it lately but to no avail. I get a message that the bank will not accept it. Very inconvenient!

If it's any help - it works fine with a Revolut card...

Has anyone tried to top up either in the app-or on the web?
They told me they have a widespread error their IT team are trying to fix.
I tried to attach the photo on here without success-this is the error copy and pasted.
Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
