Any Turkcell shop will do it. I have two that were registered and today are now no network coverage I am fuming.

Same with me. I registered mine at Laconic Computers, Lapta and have just been informed by a friend whohas tried to ring me that my phone is not on a registered network. I've just this minute returned from trying to obtain my residency and given my phone number to Girne police and at the Hospital as I had to undergo the blood test.

If you were given any paperwork by Laconoic take it to turkcell main office.

Medjoul1, did you not have an acknowledgement from Turkcell saying that your sim-card was now registered? I did mine at Laconic on Monday. I got an immediate message from Turkcell in Turkish that the girl in Laconic said was confirmation of registration.
